The perfect start with Avrios

Our tips and tricks to get started perfectly with Avrios

Welcome to Avrios!

Many of our new customers would like to have a great start with Avrios, but don't know how. In order for you to have a great experience with Avrios and become an expert, we recommend 3 important points:

1. Please never feel alone with Avrios! We are always very happy to be here for you, especially if you feel overwhelmed by Avrios or if you need help. Write to us anytime in the blue chat function at the bottom right, and we will usually respond within 5 - 10 minutes or email us: support@avrios.com.

2. In order to work well with Avrios, your data must be correctly stored in Avrios (vehicle, driver and cost data). Make sure that all data you enter in Avrios is correct. The best way to find missing data is to go to the Operation Overview tab and click on "Active vehicles in fleet" (see picture). If you would like to update all data yourself, you are welcome to do so. Otherwise, we can help you with a mass import. Please contact us for more information at support@avrios.com.

3. To make you feel comfortable with Avrios, we have created a Video Academy. This way you will learn how to use Avrios easily and successfully to achieve your goals.
