Through the vehicle availability feature, you have the ability to temporarily disable pool vehicles for new bookings. For example, if a vehicle needs to be repaired in the workshop, it can be disabled to ensure that no further bookings are made for the vehicle during that time.
How it works
Under the "Pools & Vehicles" menu function, you will find a switch for each vehicle in the "Availability" column.
Disabled vehicles are displayed in the calendar with a dashed box, similar to inactive vehicles.
❗️ All upcoming bookings for the vehicle during the unavailable period must be manually assigned to an alternative vehicle.
