How are my old claims taken over in the new form?
Your claims are automatically imported into the new format by Avrios. It uses the current type of damage and translates it into a new kind in addition to the claim. In the following table you can see how your claims are taken over in the new file:
Old kind of claim |
New for |

The new claim will also only have one claim. This facilitates the tracking of the current status and the analysis of damages. If you have multiple claims in your old claims we will add them together. However, we can only import one insurance name, which is why the name of the latest insured event is imported.
