At Shiftmove, we’re committed to improving your experience with Avrios through enhanced security and streamlined workflows. Our Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality allows your organization to integrate Avrios with your existing identity and access management systems – making it easier and safer for users to log in using their corporate credentials.
What Is SSO Integration?
SSO (Single Sign-On) enables users to log in to multiple applications using a single set of credentials. With SSO integrated into Avrios, your organization can maintain centralized control over authentication, reducing password fatigue, improving security, and simplifying user management.
Instead of creating and managing separate accounts in Avrios, your users – such as Fleet Managers or Drivers – can access the platform seamlessly using their corporate email and password.
Supported Identity Providers
We currently support integration with the two most widely used cloud-based identity providers:
Okta
Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory)
These platforms allow IT administrators to set up secure and policy-compliant access for employees, aligning with your organization’s access control strategies.
Supported User Types
SSO integration in Avrios is flexible and role-aware. It can be configured to support:
Fleet Managers
Drivers
You can enable SSO independently for each of these user groups. For example, you might choose to enable SSO for your fleet management team while allowing Drivers to continue logging in with classic username/password credentials, depending on your company’s needs.
Multiple SSO Integrations Per Organization
You can configure multiple SSO integrations for a single Avrios account. Each integration can be assigned to users based on their email domain.
This means:
If your company uses multiple domains (e.g.,
@logistics-co.com
,@drivers.logistics-co.com
), you can associate each domain with a different SSO provider.Users with matching email domains will be directed to the appropriate login system automatically.
What About Users Without SSO?
Some users may still need to log in using a standard username and password – such as contractors or external collaborators. This is fully supported as long as these users have email addresses with domains not configured for SSO.
In other words:
SSO is enforced only for the email domains explicitly linked to an SSO integration.
Users from other domains will continue to use the standard Shiftmove-managed authentication flow.
