Special Time Intervals for Compliance Tasks
Some compliance tasks can have individual recurrence rules. This is especially the case for the Pickerl, which follows specific intervals.
To represent these complex schedules, the “Custom Time Intervals” module is available to you.
Avrios Suggests Correct Intervals for the Pickerl
When you add a new vehicle, the system automatically suggests standard tasks (e.g. Pickerl).
From now on, these are also suggested with the correct recurrence intervals.
If you want to adjust the intervals, you can do so via the task editor.
Editing Custom Time Intervals
Open the relevant task (e.g. “Pickerl”) in the vehicle view.
Click Edit.
Under the due date, choose Recurrence → Custom.
Then click Edit again to open the module for custom time intervals.
Setting Up Custom Time Intervals
When you click Custom Intervals, you can define several intervals in sequence.
Each interval begins once the previous one is completed.
Example Configuration for the Pickerl:
Deadline (first due date)
Enter this directly in the task module.
Here, you set the first due date — for the Pickerl, this is 3 years after the vehicle’s initial registration.
Interval Rule #1
Repeat every: 2 years
Ends after: 1 occurrence
→ This means: after the first Pickerl inspection, the next one is due again after 2 years.
Interval Rule #2
Repeat every: 1 year
Ends: Never
→ After that, the task will be automatically created every year.
👉 Important:
You can only add a new interval if the previous one has an end condition.
To add another rule, click + Add Interval Rule.
