Splitting your contract payments into individual components gives you a detailed overview.. You can thus assign individual components in the full cost overview to other cost groups and also make evaluations at this component level. Do you have components in your contract that are not shown in the standard view, such as a cap insurance? Create your own contract components to reflect these.

Creating leasing components

  1. Log in with an administrator account.

  2. Click on "Settings" in the menu bar on the left and select "Leasing".

  3. Click on "Add Leasing Component".

  4. Enter the name of the lease component in the Name field, e.g. "GEZ fees"

  5. In the "Cost element" field, select the appropriate cost element, e.g. "Tire". This cost element determines in which cost group you will find your costs in the TCO.

  6. Click on "Save".

  7. You can now select this leasing component in your leases and fill in the correct amounts. These are automatically included in the right cost group in your cost analyzes.

Adding insurance components

  1. Log in with an administrator account.

  2. Click on "Settings" in the menu bar on the left and select "Insurance".

  3. Click on "Add Insurance Component".

  4. Enter the name of the insurance component in the "Name" field.

  5. Click on "Save".

  6. You can now select this insurance component in your insurance contracts and fill in the correct amounts.
