Within a damage case, you will find the button "Create workshop order" in the upper right corner.
The workshop order will contain the link to the damage case and viceversa.
Within the Offer tab, you can request offers or appointments to your workshop and garages.
You can add several recipients. The system will send one email per each recipient.
You decide what details of the damage to share.
The workshop can reply sharing their quote and availability as well:
