In this article we explain step by step how to upload Shell fuel invoices to Avrios:
Go to the Shell Fleet Hub website.
Log in to Shell Fleet Hub.
Click on "Finance" (see first picture).
Once you are on "Finance", click on "Electronic Invoice Data" and download the fuel invoice (see second image).
You can now upload this fuel invoice to Avrios as "EID TXT" under Fuel Invoice (see third image).
If the column "Electronic Invoice Data" does not exist, write to the support at Shell and ask if they can activate the EID function for you (last picture).
