How do I set up the integration with LogPay?

Learn how to connect Avrios with LogPay.

In this article we explain step by step how to create an integration with LogPay and Avrios:

1. Click on the "Settings" tab in Avrios and then click on "Invoices".

2. Click on "+Add" on the right for fuel provider connections.

3. Select the fuel provider LogPay.

4. Select the organisation and billing period and click on "Generate new email address".

5. Avrios has now generated an email address for this fuel provider.

6. Share this email address with your fuel provider. You can simply copy the template and email it to your fuel provider.

7. please adapt the following email and send it to your contact person at LogPay:

The sample email which can be sent to LogPay:

Mail to: "Your LogPay contact person", otherwise "business.support@logpay-ts.de".

Subject: Avrios connection & "Your LogPay customer number"

Mail:

"Hello,

I hope you are well.

My name is "Max Mustermann" from the company "Musterhausen" (LogPay customer number 0000XXX0XX) and we use the fleet management software Avrios.

We would like to ask you if you can always send the fuel invoices as format 4 CSV files to this mail every month "invoices_BEISPIEL@mg.avrios.com" in addition to the current settings, so that we can automatically read this into the system.

If you have any further questions, please write to me at any time or give me a call.

Kind regards."

8. wait for confirmation from LogPay. It may take a little while for the connection to your fuel provider to be established and for the first invoices to be available in Avrios, but after that it should be fine.
