In this article we explain step by step how to create an FTP integration with Migrol and Avrios:
Setting up the connection in Avrios
In Avrios, click on the "Settings" tab and then click on "Invoices".
Click on "+Add" on the right side of the fuel provider connections.
Select the fuel supplier Migrol.
Select the organisation, billing period and enter your Migrol customer number. Then click "Send request".
(Note: If you have several customer numbers, you must set up an automatic connection for each customer number).
6. Please adapt the following e-mail and send it to your contact person at Migrol:
The sample email which can be sent to Migrol:
Mail to: "Your Migrol contact person", otherwise "cardcenter@migrol.ch".
Subject: "Migrol FTP access data for retrieving electronic fuel invoices".
Mail:
"Hello,
I hope you are well.
My name is "Max Mustermann" from the company "Musterhausen" (Migrol customer number 0000XXX0XX) and we need the fleet management software Avrios.
We would like to ask you if you can send us the FTP access data for retrieving the electronic fuel invoices for the following customer number(s): <your customer number(s)> in addition to the current settings.
