I am supposed to reset my password, but a link does not arrive.
Are you trying to carry out the UVV or electronic driver's license check via the driver app and are asked to log in, but it is not possible to log in? Does it appear that the login details are unknown or invalid? There may be various reasons for this:
1. you changed your email address when you last logged in, so the link to reset the password is not currently arriving or it has ended up in the spam folder.
Please check these options once. If this does not work, ask your fleet manager to briefly deactivate and restart the app so that a new email can be sent again for the initial password assignment.
2. if you are asked to log in and the password cannot be reset (mail does not arrive), it is likely that you have not yet used the invitation mail to set an initial password. Please check if this mail is still available and set a password for the driver app, then you can log in and start the UVV or electronic driver's license check.
3. Check the spelling:
Autofill settings, the mail address is often entered before, please check once whether there is a space before or after the mail, otherwise this can also lead to an error message - Invalid Credentials
The easiest way is to enter the e-mail address again manually
