Registration of drivers in Avrio's driver app
Activate driver app for drivers - instructions
Drivers who have been activated to use the driver app will receive a separate invitation link.
You can always register for the app via the following link: https://app.avrios.com/driver-dashboard/login. This link can also be shared with the driver.
To open the link correctly, please use Google Chrome if possible and clear your cookies/cache first. Alternatively, you can also open the link in incognito mode.
Your drivers can find all instructions and useful tips, including on the subject of logging in, in our Driverportal.
Recommendation: We recommend that all drivers link the web-based driver app to the home screen of their smartphone. Click here for the instructions.
SSO registration
The SSO login can only be set up for Avrios system users, not for drivers!
There is no SSO login for the driver app yet.
Drivers report problems logging in to the Avrios driver app
How do I handle it?
Each error message always requires an individual check by the fleet manager as to when and which driver it affects.
Ideally, the driver will send you the error message as a screenshot for further error analysis.
Here is an overview of the most common challenges with solutions - Driver app Login problems
Preliminary check by the fleet manager
Was the driver even invited to the driver app? First check this in the driver file in Avrios.
Figure 1
Figure 2
The driver has already received the invitation link (valid for 7 days) and has registered with a password:
Figure 3
Important: The driver should remember this password for future logins to the driver app.
Is the driver's work e-mail address also (already) active on the part of the company? Or is the employee's email inbox full? In both cases, no invitation emails for the driver app can be sent or received.
Our Tips:
Scenario 1: The link has already expired
If the link has expired, the driver can generate a new link or ask the fleet manager to resend the invitation.
Scenario 2: The driver has forgotten the password
If the driver has forgotten the password, the following instructions show how to generate a new password.
Instructions for the driver
1. please click on "Forgotten password" in the login screen.
2. you will now receive a separate e-mail.
3. click on the "Create new password" button
4. you can now set a new password.
5. if the driver does not receive an e-mail, please contact our Chat Support as the fleet manager for further verification.
Figure 4
Scenario 3: The driver has not yet received the invitation link
The fleet manager sends the invitation link to the driver APP to the driver.
Scenario 4: The driver's e-mail address has been changed
If the e-mail address has been changed, the link to reset the password has not arrived or it has ended up in the spam folder. Please check this with the driver.
Figure 6
If the e-mail address has been changed, an e-mail is automatically sent to this address. The password remains the same.

Short workaround
If the above points do not work or could not be implemented successfully, use our short workaround:
The fleet manager should check whether he has already invited the driver to the driver app. (Do you see the blue button, as in pictures 1 & 3?)
If the invitation has already been sent, please deactivate the driver app in Avrios once for the corresponding driver. (Click on the blue button and the button will turn gray, as in picture 5)
Immediately afterwards, send a new invitation to the driver app by clicking on the "Resend invitation" button. (picture 8)
Figure 8
The driver receives a new invitation link and can assign a password.
The driver can now log in with this password.
If the driver does not receive an email, please contact our chat support as the fleet manager for further verification.
