Here’s what’s new and improved in Avrios throughout April:
Procurement module
The Vehicle Tab in the Procurement section has been revamped.
Left side: Clear prompts for assigning financing contract, insurance, registration certificate, and fuel cards.
Right side: Reference data such as driver assignment, organisation, cost center, internal ID, and tags.

The new Offers Page is now live.
Fresh UI for easier comparison and overview.
Manual offer uploads now possible, independent of conversations.

Parser Updates
Coop Fuel Parser: Updated to support the latest Coop invoice format.
DKV XTRA CSV Parser: DKV parser now also supports new XTRA files, ensuring smooth continued operation without customer action.
Fine & damage reporting enhancements
CC functionality for fines: Add CCs when forwarding fines to loop in relevant stakeholders.
Autosuggest for CC input: Recipients like users, drivers, or previous email addresses are now suggested automatically.
Mandatory pictures for damages: Uploading a photo is now required when a damaged part is selected.
Damage PDF export improvements: Additional details added, such as driver phone number, VIN, damage type, and case number. Layout improvements for better readability.
Templates for fine forwarding
Users can now create customisable message templates for forwarding fines, including subject line, message text, and dynamic fields that are automatically filled when sending.
File Export Improvements
Exported CSV files can now be found and downloaded anytime from a dedicated section in User Settings.
Vendor contact cdeletion
Users can now delete vendor contacts directly in Avrios.
Restriction: Contacts used in Procurement Conversations cannot be deleted.
