Here’s what’s new and improved in Avrios throughout June:

Task Management for Fines

  • Fleet managers can now create tasks directly linked to fines.

    • Tasks can be assigned to drivers, who can mark them as completed once the fine is paid.

    • Creates a clear feedback loop and reduces manual follow-ups.

  • Two new columns in the fine overview:

    • Task title with direct link to the task.

    • Task status (open or resolved).

Motum Damage Management Add-on: Document Sync

  • All damage-related documents from Motum are now automatically synced to Avrios.

  • Includes cost estimates, excludes partial invoices.

  • Manual uploads are no longer needed – reducing effort for fleet managers.

Onboarding Guide (Procurement)

  • A new in-app onboarding guide has been launched in the Procurement module.

  • Helps new users get started faster with interactive, step-by-step guidance.

Procurement Improvements

  • Start approvals directly from the offer – Users can now trigger the approval flow right from the offer section and track the status on the offers page.

  • UI refresh for approval flow – Consistent and polished look across all procurement pages.

  • Easier offer editing – The "Edit offer" action is now directly visible (no longer hidden in “More actions”) for quicker changes.

Connected Cars

  • Pending & Rejected Vehicle Reasons

    • Users can now see why vehicle activations are stuck in "Pending" or have been "Rejected".

    • This update makes the activation process more transparent for fleet managers and support teams.

  • Polestar Now Supported

    • Polestar vehicles are now supported in Avrios.

    • Eligibility checks have been updated – vehicles are ready to activate.Polestar Now Supported
