To perform the electronic driver's license check, you must take photos with your smartphone. But your browser may not have access to the camera.

Here comes the workaround for Android and iOS.

Android:

On your Android device, open the Chrome app .

Tap the three-dot Settings menu to the right of the address bar.

Select Website Settings.

Tap Microphone or Camera.

Enable access to the camera. If the desired website is displayed under Blocked, tap Allow camera access.

iOS (with Safari as the browser) :

iOS:

On your iOS device, open the Settings.

Scroll down to the "Safari" position.

Scroll down to the "Camera & microphone access" position.

Make sure this is turned on: the switch is green.

Click again on the link sent to you by Avrios via email or SMS to reload the page. Now you can take photos for the electronic driver's license check as you wish. And if you want to deactivate the camera again until the next electronic driver's license check, you can do it with the same method.
