The instructions to the drivers who are to make the driver's license check comes directly from the email or the SMS to the drivers.
The process behind it is the following:
1. you create the electronic driver's license check in Avrios for the driver.
2. the driver receives either an email or a text message asking him to enter his driver's license number. The email for this is the following:
3. email or SMS reminder "Driver's license check: invitation setup".
4. then the driver must click the button "Set up driver's license check now" as described in the email.
5. The driver then enters the driver's license data.
6. choosing the right type of driver's license.
7a. If the driver selects that he has a credit card format driver's license, the message that the setup was successful appears. In the next step, the driver can check by photographing his driver's license.
7b. If the driver selects that he has a "paper driver's license", the following message appears.

The fleet manager then sees in Avrios under the fleet overview the message "Drivers who need a hologram sticker for the driver's license". As soon as the driver has received the hologram sticker from the fleet manager and has pasted it into his paper driver's license, the fleet manager clicks on the blue button "Hologram sticker attached" on the right side of the driver's license.
8. If the driver has performed the setup with his smartphone, he can start the check directly by clicking on the blue button "Start driver's license check". If the driver has performed the setup with his PC, he also clicks on the blue button "Start driver's license check" and must then enter his smartphone number to which he then receives the message "Driver's license check: invitation to the check" via SMS.
9. as soon as drivers have clicked on "Start driver's license check" from their smartphone or tablet, they will be guided through the check step by step. There is also a description of how the driver's licenses should be photographed. As soon as the driver's license is photographed, the fleet manager in Avrios gets the message "Driver's license check required" under the fleet overview.
10. The fleet manager then clicks on the blue "Check driver's license" button on the right and sees the photographed driver's license and can confirm it if everything is in order. This completes the check successfully.
Before activating the electronic driver's license check for the drivers, the fleet manager can send them his contact data by e-mail so that they can contact him if they have any questions.
