Do your drivers need additional instruction on company-specific risks such as the transport of hazardous goods? Then you can easily document these in Avrios.

Step 1: Adjust settings

Click on "Settings" in the menu bar on the left (only Avrios users with administrator rights have access to the settings). Select "General".

In the "Driver UVV" section, click on the phone icon to adjust the setting.

Select the desired setting.

Check the box to confirm and click "Save".

You have now customized the settings so that you, as the fleet manager, will see a task to complete the oral instruction in Avrios once your drivers have successfully completed the online test.

Step 2: Conduct oral driver instruction and record it in Avrios.

1. once the driver has successfully passed the online test on the learning modules, you will see a task to conduct the oral instruction.

If your company does not want to conduct an additional, company-specific driver instruction, you can omit the step about documenting the oral driver instruction in Avrios (see above). In this case, the driver will receive the certificate of successfully completed driver UVV by e-mail directly after passing the online test.
