Stay on top of things with the Driver UVV Report!

Click on "Reports" in the menu bar on the left and select "Compliance Reports".

Click on the "Driver UVV" tab.

In this view, you can see the following data points

In Progress: Driver UVVs that have not yet been completed are listed here.

Pending check: Driver UVVs for which the final test has been successfully completed and the verbal instruction by the fleet manager is pending are displayed here. This tab is only visible to companies that consider the additional formal training of their drivers to be necessary. Formal, verbal driver instruction can be documented directly by clicking the "Continue to personal confirmation" button.

Driver confirmation overdue: As the last step of the driver instruction according to UVV, the driver confirms that the oral instruction regarding company-specific topics has taken place. Until this is confirmed, you will find the driver UVV in the tab "Driver confirmation overdue". This tab is only visible for companies that consider the additional formal training of their drivers as necessary.

Valid: list of valid, completed driver instruction according to UVV. Drivers are automatically re-invited for the next driver UVV after the interval selected by the fleet manager.

Not checked: This list displays active drivers with vehicle assignment who do not have active driver instruction according to UVV stored. Clicking on "Show drivers" takes you to the driver list, and you can activate the instruction for the selected drivers directly.
