How do I activate the driver's UVV for a driver?
Click on "Driver" in the menu bar on the left.
Select the relevant driver in the vehicle list. Do you want to add the driver UVV for several drivers at the same time? Go to point
Click on the tab "Driver-UVV" and on "Add"

How do I activate the driver UVV for several drivers at once?
Click on "Drivers" in the menu bar on the left.
Use the filter function to filter out the correct group of drivers. For example, you can filter for all drivers without activated driver UIA by adding the filter "UIA: driver UIA activated" and clicking on "equals No" in the selection list.
Click on the square in the upper left corner to select all filtered drivers or click with the mouse on the green dot next to each driver to select individual drivers.
Once you have selected and highlighted the relevant drivers, click on "Manage Compliance" at the top right and select "Activate Driver UVV".
In this window you can determine the next deadline as well as the interval.In order to be able to activate the driver UTI, the e-mail address of the driver must be stored in Avrios so that the invitation to the driver UTI can be conveyed.The driver instruction is only activated for drivers who do not already have an active driver instruction.
How can I end the driver UVV for a specific driver?
Click on "Driver" in the menu bar on the left.
Select the relevant driver in the vehicle list and click on the "Driver UVV" tab.
Click on the arrow on the right of the "card" to make it expand.
Click on "finish" to cancel the driver instruction.
Check "Yes, I am sure" and click on "Deactivate driver UVV for this driver" to save the change.Important: If you deactivate the driver UVV, the current training will be cancelled. The training progress will be deleted.
