1. Receive reports and reminders
As an admin in Avrios, you have the option to receive reports and notifications on relevant fleet topics. You can set this up individually in your own profile (account settings).
This allows you to get an overview of mileage on lease without having to constantly check, or even missing mileage that is relevant for cost calculations in Avrios.
All regular reports come monthly by default, this cannot be further customised.
2. Organizations
Depending on the company structure and size, it may help to divide the fleet into different organizations. In this context, the rights of the users can also be assigned. So user A has access only to organization A, user B to organization B and so on. Of course there can always be main users who have access to everything.
3. Custom fields
It can be helpful to create custom fields in Avrios. These help later to find vehicles that contain certain information. This can be many different things. E.g. which vehicles have a certain special equipment, like advertising foils or also whether it falls under a certain taxation. This can then be filtered and searched again and again under vehicles or reports. So you have more options here to keep track and store all the information in Avrios.
Go to system settings and click on Custom Fields.
Now you can create as many custom fields as you wish both for the vehicles and drivers.
Custom fields will pop up on the top right of the reference data tab.
4. Insert logos
Do you want drivers to see at first glance that the emails about Avrios come from your company?
In this case, we would recommend inserting a logo in the Driver Mails Settings section:
To do this, go to Insert Logo and make sure that the original file is the right size. It must be square and not wider than 200 pixels. Otherwise the logo will be cut off or distorted. If you have any difficulties, please send the files to our support via chat and we will take care of it.
