With the fleet dashboard we would like to give you an overview of your fleet and have visualized different areas for you. In this article, we will discuss some areas of the dashboard and explain which actions can be derived.

At the beginning you will find an overview of the data quality in your Avrios account. You can see three indicators for the areas "vehicles", "drivers" and "costs". The completeness and color of the circle shows you how the area is concerned.

You can also adjust the analysis period on the top right. By clicking on the blue text you can see details of the respective area in which we show you exactly where the data is missing.

Next, let's talk about the composition of your fleet. You can see how your fleet has changed over time. If you slide the cursor over a bar, the exact numbers of the individual vehicle types become visible.

The next graphic is concerned with the life cycle of your vehicles. On the far left you can see the percentage of vehicles that are relatively new, these are vehicles that are less than a year old and with which less than 50,000 kilometers were driven. In the middle are the vehicles, which are between one and three years old and have a mileage of no more than 150,000 kilometers. On the far right are the vehicles that are older than three years or have been driven more than 150,000 kilometers. The bars, which are the same color but slightly lighter, show how the composition was in the previous period, to show you how this has changed over time. In addition, the dotted line also shows you what the composition looks like on average for all vehicles in Avrios and therefore what an average vehicle fleet looks like. At the top right you can switch between different vehicle types.

If the bars in the far right category are the largest, this is an indication that many purchases are pending and you should check that you have started enough replacements.

The next section is about using your fleet. This should give you a sense of the distances covered by the drivers in your fleet. The metrics below show you the distribution of your drivers in three categories: low-driver, medium-driver and high-driver. This can help you estimate how many miles you need to include in your leases. If you often have too many kilometers included in your contracts, this can lead to additional costs. If you want to see the detailed driving performance of the individual drivers, you can click on the blue text "Driving performance driver".

Fuel costs are another focus area of the fleet dashboard. We show you the respective tank prices per vehicle type, which you pay at different fuel providers. In addition, the blue line also shows you the national average price. At the top right you can select the country and the type of fuel.

In a further analysis, we compare the manufacturer information for the consumption with the actual use of your vehicles. This allows you to analyze how many of your vehicles are over consuming. You see the respective deviation margins under the names of the categories. If you want to analyze the outliers in more detail, you can click on the blue text "Outlier analysis".
