Today we’re introducing you to our newly redesigned tasks overview and the documents exchange feature.
In the past months, we’ve received a lot of feedback on how we could improve your experience within Avrios, particularly in one of the most used features on our platform: Tasks.
Improving our product, and meeting and going beyond your expectations is our primary goal, that’s why we revamped our Tasks overview and added the possibility to exchange documents in the tasks.
Exchange documents via tasks
It is now possible to exchange documents with tasks, this new feature enables the Fleet Manager to create a task and require a document attachment as a pre-requisite for the task completion.
Once the task is received from the Driver, the recipient will have to attach the required documents in order to be able to resolve the task.
In the next updates, we will allow you to receive the attached documents directly in the respective folders.
New filters and more flexibility in the Tasks Overview
We have updated our Task overview structure and it is now possible to build your own table and add or remove filters and columns based on your needs.
Once you set up your own preferred table and filter structure it will be saved and be available every time you'll access the page.
Why is the overview changed?
With the enhanced flexibility of the new filters and table structure, it is now possible for you to have complete control over the data that’s important to you, have it all available at a glance, and have an experience tailored to your very personal and unique needs!
