The Procurement Overview is your central dashboard for managing all vehicle procurements in Avrios. It provides full visibility into ongoing, completed, and upcoming procurements, helping you track progress, identify pending tasks, and stay organized.

With the Procurement Overview, you no longer need to rely on spreadsheets, email chains, or separate notes—everything is stored and updated in one place, ensuring a clear, structured, and efficient procurement workflow.

🎯 Why use the Procurement Overview?

  • Track all procurements in one view – See which procurements are in progress, pending approval, or completed.

  • Stay on top of tasks and alerts – Get notified about unread messages, overdue tasks, and required follow-ups.

  • Filter and customize your view – Focus on what matters by adjusting columns, sorting, and applying filters.

  • Reduce manual tracking – Avrios automates procurement updates, eliminating the need for manual follow-ups.

🔍 Navigating the Procurement Overview

The Procurement Overview is designed to be intuitive and structured, ensuring you can quickly access the information you need. Below are the key sections and functionalities:

1️⃣ Procurement List – Your Full Overview

The main area displays a list of all procurements, including key details such as:

  • Procurement Name

  • Status (Order, Delivery, Registration, Completed)

  • Vendor / Leasing Provider

  • Vehicle Model

  • Order Date & Expected Delivery Date

  • Financial Details

  • Driver

  • and many more...

💡 Tip: You can customize the columns to show only the most relevant data for your workflow.

2️⃣ Procurement Statuses – Track Progress at a Glance

Each procurement moves through a structured status flow:

  1. Order – Initial phase where the vehicle is being ordered.

  2. Delivery – The order has been placed, and the vehicle is awaiting delivery.

  3. Registration – The vehicle has arrived and is in the process of being registered.

  4. Complete – The procurement is finalized, and the vehicle is added to the fleet in Avrios.

💡 Tip: The status column allows you to track where each procurement stands and what the next steps are. You can filter also completed procurements.

3️⃣ Alerts & Notifications – Stay Ahead of Critical Tasks

Avrios automatically flags procurements that require attention with alert icons:

  • Unread messages – Indicates open supplier communication requiring action

  • Overdue tasks – Highlights tasks that should have already been completed

  • Upcoming deadlines – Alerts you about pending actions due within the next 7 days

  • Reminders on idle conversations - Alerts you about conversations without any replies.

💡 Tip: Clicking on an alert icon opens a detailed view of the issue, so you can quickly resolve pending tasks.

4️⃣ Filters & Sorting – Quickly Find What You Need

The filter bar at the top allows you to refine your procurement list by:

  • Status (e.g., Only show “In Progress” procurements).

  • Supplier (e.g., View all procurements from a specific leasing provider).

  • Alerts (e.g., Show only procurements with overdue tasks).

  • Timeframe (e.g., Procurements expected for delivery this quarter).

💡 Tip: Filters help you focus on urgent procurements, ensuring no deadlines are missed.

🚀 Summary

  • The Procurement Overview gives you complete visibility over all procurements in one place.
