Tasks feature improvements

In our last update, we promised you more updates and improvements will come up, and we keep our promises! We are excited to announce 2 new improvements to our Tasks feature:

Document folders will make it even easier for you to keep your attachments organized and easy to access. Going forward, any attachments that you add to your tasks will be automatically saved in the respective folders of the assigned object (vehicles or drivers). If you want to find a document of a task just go to the assigned vehicle or driver, then “documents” → “task folder” → “task title”.

This means that you no longer have to worry about manually moving or organizing your task attachments.


Assigned-to & Reminder Auto-fill: The “Reminder” and “Assigned to” fields will be automatically populated with the relevant information for each task related to a driver or a vehicle.

The system automatically fills in the fleet manager creating the task in the “Assigned to” field. For driver tasks “the driver” and for vehicle tasks “the assigned driver to the vehicle” will be automatically added. In addition to saving you time, this new feature will also help to reduce errors and ensure that tasks are accurately assigned to the correct recipients.


We hope that these new features will make it even easier for you to use our product and stay on top of your work.
