We are pleased to officially introduce the new Corporate Carsharing function. We have carefully refined the previous pool function to support and facilitate fleet managers in managing pool vehicles. We are confident that the enhanced Corporate Carsharing feature will bring efficiency, cost savings, and a new level of control to your fleet management.

This new feature in the Corporate Carsharing function will save you, as a fleet manager, valuable time. By activating the function, drivers can book available vehicles from the pool with their driver app without the need for approval by the fleet management. The booking and the assignment of the vehicle are carried out automatically.

In this way, you can easily optimise and automate the entire booking process. Especially if you have a high number of pool bookings, you will benefit from considerable time savings in administration.

Based on the current mileage, this function enables optimal utilisation of the available pool vehicles.

Intelligent assignment automatically selects the vehicle with the highest expected remaining mileage at the end of the leasing contract for each booking request or instant booking. In this way, the mileage of the vehicles is balanced long-term and high costs are avoided when the vehicle is returned.

The same selection principle applies to purchased vehicles. Here, the vehicle with the lowest average mileage per month is selected, thus balancing the total mileage of the vehicles.

The new booking calendar offers an improved, more intuitive, and comprehensive overview of booked pool vehicles. Thanks to a completely revised design that focuses on clarity, the display in the calendar now shows more vehicles at the same time, but remains clear and precise. This means that fleet managers always have an overview of all pool bookings.

We have also improved the modification of bookings. By simply dragging and dropping within the calendar, bookings can now be easily managed and quickly adjusted - e.g. to a different vehicle or a different booking period.
