1) Improved login experience for drivers in the App

We’ve updated the login page of the Avrios Driver App to make account access easier and more intuitive for drivers.

Drivers now see a clear hint directly on the login screen explaining how to:

  • reset their password

  • gain access to their account if they haven’t completed sign-up yet

Why this matters

In some cases, drivers did not finish setting up their password when they first received the invitation email. If they tried to log in later – for example after being assigned a task – this could lead to confusion.

The updated login page makes the next step clear right away.

➡️ For fewer login issues and smoother access to the Driver App.

2) Enhanced User Overview in Avrios

We’ve improved the User Overview to give a clearer and more flexible view of who has access to Avrios and at what permission level.

As teams grow and user roles become more granular, transparency and ease of administration become even more important.

What’s new

  • Filters in the User Overview: status now defaults to “Active”

  • Customizable columns: tailor the view to your needs

  • Sticky actions column : actions remain fixed on the right, no horizontal scrolling required

  • Excel export option: for easy reporting and further processing

➡️ For better visibility, easier user management, and full control over access rights.

3) New text field for damages

We’ve added a new free-text field to the damage management module.

What’s new:

  • New free-text field “Additional Information”

  • Can be added as an optional column in the damage overview

  • Search and filter functionality for terms within this field

What is it used for?

This field is designed to capture supplementary details related to a damage case, such as:

  • More specific information about affected vehicle parts

  • Details on actions taken

  • Internal notes or additional context

Unlike the “Incident Description” field, which documents what happened and how the damage occurred, this new field is intended specifically for complementary information that goes beyond the incident narrative.

➡️ For more precise damage documentation and improved analysis at a later stage.
