1) New Task Overview Dashboard

A new Task Overview Dashboard is now available on the Avrios homepage.

It provides a central overview of upcoming and overdue tasks, helping fleet managers quickly assess where action is required.

Key improvements:

  • Clear overview of task status, including a green indicator when no tasks are overdue

  • Views by task type or risk category to support prioritisation

  • Operational overview with quick access to UVV, driver license checks, damages, and more

➡️ For better prioritisation and faster daily orientation.

2) Advanced user rights now available

Advanced user rights are now available for Pro and Enterprise customers with the Pools feature.

With custom roles, fleet managers can now grant Pools-only access to selected users. This is ideal for colleagues who manage pool bookings or hand out vehicle keys, without giving them access to the rest of Avrios.

Users with this role will only see and manage what is relevant to Pools.

➡️ Ensure clear responsibilities, reduced risk, and the right access for the right people.

3) Bulk-adding tasks from templates

Tasks from templates can now be added to multiple vehicles at once from the vehicle overview.

This makes it easier to apply recurring tasks – such as tire changes, TÜV, or other compliance tasks – even after vehicles have already been created.

Available for:

  • Tire change tasks

  • Country-specific compliance tasks

  • Custom task templates (Pro & Enterprise)

Due dates are calculated automatically per vehicle.

Note: Compliance templates are only shown if all selected vehicles share the same registration country.

➡️ Profit from a faster and more consistent task setup across the fleet.

4) Driver license checks: improved clarity

Driver license checks have been updated to make requirements and statuses clearer for drivers and fleet managers.

Updates include:

  • All license checks visible in the Avrios Driver App

  • Obfuscated license numbers to clearly identify the affected license

  • Clear action buttons and visible rejection reasons and comments

  • Clearer emails and updated SMS references

  • Status now focuses on car and truck licenses instead of special licenses

➡️ For fewer follow-up questions and quicker resolution of license checks.
