A visual calendar view is now available to your drivers in the Avrios Driver App.
Real-time Check: Availability is visible instantly.
Intuitive Planning: Bookings are made directly in the app—ensuring clarity and reducing the load on your inbox.
2. Flexibility: Self-Management on Your Terms
Avrios gives you full freedom in designing your processes:
Autonomous Self-Service: On request, drivers can coordinate their bookings completely independently.
Managed Approval: You can configure the process so that bookings require explicit confirmation from fleet management.
Individual Customization: You maintain a full overview at all times and can review, manually adjust, or reassign bookings to other vehicles as needed.
3. One Login for Everything: The Shiftmove Login
Simplified access for everyone: Your employees now use the same login credentials for both booking in Avrios and (optionally) documentation in Vimcar.
The Optional Extra: Vimcar Integration
If you also use the Vimcar logbook, you benefit from the Booking-to-Trip Sync.
Automated Documentation: Avrios transfers booking data (Who, When, Which vehicle) directly to Vimcar.
Seamless Assignment: The system automatically recognizes who was in the vehicle through the sync. Manual assignment of trips in the logbook is eliminated completely.
