You can communicate directly from the procurement file with all parties involved (driver, dealership, leasing, driver's supervisor, insurance broker, etc.), the recipient's email address is sufficient for this. The recipients receive an email and can reply to it normally, you in turn see the replies directly in Avrios.
Offers & contracts automatically extracted
Avrios automatically detects offers & contracts in attachments of the emails and extracts the corresponding data for you. You see all offers in an overview on one page and can confirm the order to the corresponding provider with one click.
Financing data, documents & registration data automatically transferred
Financing data (leasing contract data, etc.), all incoming and outgoing documents from the e-mail traffic as well as the vehicle registration data are automatically transferred to the vehicle file for you by Avrios.

Does the procurement file also work for procurements initiated by the driver/another person?
Yes! Each company receives a personal procurement email, all messages to this email are displayed in Avrios and can be filed to an existing or new procurement. We are happy to help you with this, just contact our support.
Does the procurement file work with all lessors/car dealerships and brands?
Yes! The only requirement is that your dealership or leasing company can deliver the quotes and contracts via email. Simply share your personal Avrios procurement email with your dealership/leasing and all quotes will automatically flow into Avrios.
Do I need to adjust my internal processes to use the procurement file?
Most likely not. Dozens of our customers already use the procurement file without any process adjustments. We would be happy to support you in taking advantage of the procurement file in Avrios without having to change your processes. Just contact our support team!
Can I create templates for messages?
