Would you like to create a vehicle that is already in use at your location and to which you already assigned the relevant documents (for example, vehicle registration certificate, lease contract)?

Now enter the vehicle data in the mask. The fields marked with a * are mandatory fields which we need to create for your vehicle. You can also upload the vehicle registration form in this mask. Then click "Next".

In this mask you can search the vehicle model based on the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). The VIN can be found in the vehicle registration form.

Once you have entered the number, click on the magnifying glass on the right in the box. The VIN is now stored in the manufacturer's database and the vehicle model is automatically filled out for you. For more information continue reading here:

If your VIN could not be found, click on the tab "Select model" to search for the model in the Avrios database or "Create a model" if your vehicle model can not be found in the options. Then click ''Next''.

Now select the correct financing type and fill out the mandatory fields marked with*. Then click on "Next".

Then select the country of approval. This step serves to meet the statutory deadlines, e.g. create the main inspection for you. You will be reminded of these dates in advance. If you do not want this, you can deactivate these appointments by using the button. In addition to the reminder in the system, you can also remind the driver of the car of the appointments. If you do not want this functionality, you can also disable it here with the button. Then click on "Next".

Click on "to vehicle" to further process the master data. You will now find the vehicle in your vehicle list "Vehicles" in the menu bar on the left.

1. Click on "+New".
2. Choose the "Vehicle".
3. Click on "Capture existing vehicle".
