How do I file documents?

Here you will learn how to upload documents in Vehicles & much more.

In order to maps all your information in Avrios, you can also file all your documents there in a structured manner, so you can quickly find them at anytime.

What type of documents do you want to file?

  • Vehicle documents
    Vehicle documents, such as vehicle certificates can be filed as follows:

  1. Click on "Vehicles" in the menu bar on the left.

  2. Click on the license plate of the desired vehicle.
    You are now in the vehicle file.

  3. Click on the "Documents" tab.

  4. Drag the file into the browser window until you see a gray dashed frame. Alternatively, you can click on the blue "Upload" button on the top right, select the document or documents with the mouse button and then click on "Open". The document is now stored in Avrios on this vehicle under the original file name. To structure your documents, you can also put them in folders.

Contract documents


Contract documents, such as orders and insurance contracts can be deposited directly with the contract. Read here how it works:

Driver documents


Driver documents such as Transfer logs can be saved as follows:

  1. Click on "Driver" in the menu bar on the left.

  2. Click on the name of the desired driver.
    You are now in the driver's file.

  3. Click on the "Documents" tab.

  4. Drag the file into the browser window until you see a gray dashed frame. Alternatively, you can click on the blue "Upload" button on the top right, select the document or documents with the mouse button and then click on "Open".
    The document is now stored in Avrios with this driver under the original file name. To structure your documents, you can also put them in folders.

How can you edit filed documents?

By clicking on the 3 dots on the right side, you can edit the documents as follows:

  • With "Edit" you can change the title of the document.

  • With "Download" you can download the document back to your computer and view or save it.

  • With "Move" you can put the document in another folder, which you can select in the second step.
