When setting up the electronic driver's license check, it can quickly happen that the driver accidentally enters his driver's license number incorrectly. When you then check the driver's license, you have to reject it.

To give the driver a 2nd chance to enter their license number correctly, you need to archive the existing license and add a new driver's license check with electronic verification. This article will show you how to do that :)

The first step is to go to the driver's record of the driver in question and click on the "tickets" tab.

Under "active licenses" you will now see one or more driver's licenses.

You select the one whose number needs to be adjusted and click on the three blue dots on the right edge.

Then click on "Archive license" and the following window will appear. In it, click on "Archive and recreate".

The following window will appear, where you can set the bill type and the control interval. Finally, click on "Save". The driver will now be notified via e-mail or SMS and asked to perform the driver's license check.
