Personal driver data that should not be visible to all Avrios users for data protection reasons can be hidden in the software.
How can I hide personal driver data for existing Avrios users?
You can only adjust the user rights if you have administrator rights.
Log in to Avrios and click on "Settings" in the menu bar on the left.
Select "Users".
Click on the three dots to the right of the user you want to edit and select "Edit user".
Remove the checkmark from "Personal driver data".
Click on "Save".
The user now has no access to personal driver data.
What driver data is hidden?
The following data points are hidden for users without access to personal data:
Gender
Email (private)
Address
Nationality
Birthplace
Date of birth
Driving license data
How is this data handled in reports and Excel exports?
The personal driver data is not visible in Excel exports, such as the Excel export of the driver list.
If you have Avrios Flexible Reports' module in use, users without access to personal driver data will not be able to create reports with the above mentioned driver data.
Saved reports that contain personal driver data can also not be viewed. These reports are marked with a small lock:
