For privacy reasons, personal driver data in Avrios can be hidden for certain users.

Which data counts as personal driver data?

Users without access to personal driver data cannot see the following information:

  • Gender

  • Address

  • Nationality

  • Place of birth

  • Date of birth

  • Driver’s license information

How do I hide personal driver data for existing users?

💡 Only administrators can change the user rights of other users.

  1. Log in to Avrios.

  2. Click Settings in the left-hand menu.

  3. Select Users.

  4. Click the three dots next to the user you want to edit and choose Edit User.

  5. Uncheck “Personal driver data”.

  6. Click Save.

➡️ The user will no longer have access to personal driver data.

How is personal driver data handled in reports and Excel exports?

  • Personal driver data will not appear in Excel exports.

  • Users without access to personal driver data cannot create reports containing this information in the Avrios Flexible Reports module.

  • Existing saved reports that include personal driver data are not visible to these users. These reports are marked with a lock icon.
