Avrios can automatically remind drivers if the assigned vehicles do not have valid mileage at a given interval. If this option is activated, the drivers will automatically receive an e-mail asking them to enter the current mileage.

Go to the menu item "Settings" on the left and then click on "E-Mail Driver". Here you can activate the function "Mileage reminder for driver" as seen below.

If this option is activated, the driver will receive an e-mail requesting that the mileage of the vehicle be entered.

You can also specify when the e-mail reminders will be sent to the drivers, e.g. "Everyl 6 weeks". The first reminders are always sent out on the following Monday. And then again every 6 weeks, if the vehicle does not have a valid mileage during this period.

In addition, you can set different filters, e.g. "Location X". Thus, only drivers are informed which have the "location x" stored in the driver master data.

Under "Who receives the reminders" you will see all drivers who did not have valid mileage in the selected interval so that the displayed drivers will receive the next reminder.

Likewise, if the vehicle has no mileage and a driver assignment, you can request the "Mileage of Drivers" on the right under the master data for the mileage.

What are the minimum requirements for activating this feature?

  • The first and last name of the driver in Avrios under the driver master data.

  • A valid driver e-mail address under the driver's master data.

How does the driver enter the mileage?

When the driver receives the automatic e-mail from tech-notifications@mg.avrios.com, he is asked: "Enter mileage now".

After clicking on this a new tab opens, as shown in the picture.

The driver is then asked to enter the date (1) and the current mileage (2) and then save it (3).

How do you know if the driver entered the mileage and the entry was successful?

After the driver has entered and saved the mileage, the Avrios administrator / user sees the updated mileage under the "master data" of the vehicle.

The point "Mileage" can be found to the right of the screen. If you find the handlebar icon on the left, it means that the driver entered the mileage.
