How to reset the driving licence number in Avrios?

Perhaps you have a new driving licence or simply made a typing error when setting it up. The fact is, your driving licence number is incorrectly stored in Avrios and even if you take a photo, your fleet management will reject your driving licence on the grounds that "driving licence number is incorrect". What now?

This problem has to do with the way you set up your driving licence check (when you entered your "driving licence number", "country" and "validity from"). Since Avrios is legally compliant, you cannot edit the data after the setup. This would be illegal. What you can do, however, is simple: Contact your fleet management and tell them to archive your old licence check and add a new licence in Avrios (see picture as an example).

If this has been done, you will receive a new link to set up a new licence and you can type in the correct licence number. Make sure that you have not made a typing error.
