The “Pools Only” access level in detail

The “Pools Only” access level is ideal for employees who need to manage pool bookings or hand out keys but do not require full access to Avrios.

Users with this access level can see the following menu sections:

  • Master data (vehicles, drivers, fuel cards, vendors)

  • Tasks

  • Pools

Since master data is a central component of Avrios, it cannot be completely isolated from the rest of fleet management and is therefore always the minimum visible area.

However, it is possible to specify whether users may only view the master data or also edit it.

A comparison: “Pools Only” without master data editing vs. “Read & Write”
