Here’s what’s new and improved in Avrios throughout February:
Fringe Benefits: Updated calculation based on fuel type
Fringe Benefit calculations now fully support the regulatory changes for 2025.
Vehicles with a contract stipulation year from 2025 onwards are now calculated based on fuel type instead of CO₂ emissions.
Vehicles with a contract stipulation year before 2025 remain calculated based on CO₂ emissions.
Procurement module: Revamp
The Procurement module is undergoing a major revamp to improve usability and efficiency with two new improvements now available to all users:
"Remind Me" alerts for Procurement conversations
Fleet managers can now set reminders for procurement conversations.
If no reply is received by the set date, an alert is triggered.
Alerts appear in the new Procurement Overview (once released) and via email.
Benefits:
Helps track procurement follow-ups.
Reduces delays in vehicle orders and fleet expansions.
Procurement references in the vehicle details page
Each vehicle now displays procurement-related references for better tracking.
New Procurement section in the vehicle details page includes:
"Procured by" – Shows which procurement created the vehicle.
"Replaced vehicle" – Displays the older vehicle it replaced.
"To be replaced by" – Indicates if a replacement is planned.
Benefits:
Provides full transparency on vehicle procurement history.
Allows easier access to procurement details directly from the vehicle page.
