Task Templates for Compliance-Related Vehicle Topics
When creating a new vehicle, Avrios now automatically suggests the correct compliance tasks based on the vehicle type and registration country. The due date is also calculated automatically.

You can also access the Avrios task library directly from the “Tasks” tab in the vehicle file and assign tasks to a vehicle with just one click.

For vehicles registered in Austria, the recurrence interval for the “Pickerl” inspection is now displayed correctly.
➡️ No more manual calculations for inspection dates.
Improved Mileage-Based Recurrence Intervals for Vehicle Tasks
When completing a task, both drivers and fleet managers can now enter the current mileage of the vehicle.
This value is automatically updated in the vehicle data and used to calculate the next due mileage for recurring tasks.
➡️ Benefit: Recurring tasks – such as service intervals – are now calculated even more precisely.
Example:
If a vehicle’s 30,000 km service is brought forward and carried out at 25,000 km, the new oil will last another 30,000 km.
That means the next oil change will automatically be due at 55,000 km.
New Status for Tasks with Scheduled Appointments
You can now add planned appointments directly within a task using the new statuses “Scheduled” and “In the Workshop.”

Drivers will also soon see upcoming workshop appointments in their own overview.
➡️ Improves coordination between drivers and fleet managers.
Fringe Benefit Calculation (Italian Market)
When you select “2025” as "Year of contract signing" (the date you and your employee agree on the company car), you can now choose whether the fringe benefit is calculated based on fuel type or CO₂ emissions.
➡️ Depending on your vehicle’s order, registration, and delivery dates, both methods may apply in 2025 – you can now simply choose the one that fits.
