Here’s what’s new and improved in Avrios throughout August:
Tasks: New Risk Categories
You can now assign a Risk Category to each task:
Compliance, Warranty, Safety or Operational.
Helps better structure and filter tasks in the overview.
A new filter and column are available in the Tasks Overview report.
Common tasks like TÜV or tire changes have already been pre-categorised.
Tasks: New Statuses – Upcoming & Overdue
Upcoming and Overdue are now full task states.
Replace the old deadline column and make task urgency clearer across the platform.
You can now update task status directly from the overview.
Tasks: Skipped Status
Sometimes tasks can’t be completed – now you can mark them as Skipped.
Requires a comment for traceability.
Skipped tasks are visible and filterable like all other statuses.
Tasks: Bulk Edit
Edit multiple tasks at once.
Currently supports Risk Category and Location.
Saves time and ensures consistency.
Connected Cars: Automatic Activation Retry
Vehicle activations are now retried automatically every 24 hours.
Up to 10 attempts are made or until the activation is successful.
Helps reduce manual work and improves activation success rates.
Procurement: Faster Offer Readouts with AI
Thanks to a new LLM (AI) integration, leasing offers are now read out much faster.
This means faster feedback and less waiting for your procurement data.
Purchase readouts will follow shortly.
Procurement: Placeholders for Message Templates
Templates in Procurement can now include dynamic placeholders for:
Procurement title, delivery date, vehicle info, vendor data, and more.
Makes communication faster, more accurate, and more consistent.
