1) Tire change tasks as templates
Starting now, tire-change tasks come with country-specific deadlines – so no change gets missed anymore.
Available for: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Czech Republic, Sweden.
Deadlines are automatically suggested as soon as you create a new vehicle.
Or you can add them manually under “Add task via template”.
➡️ Never miss the correct tire-change period again – for improved safety and compliance.
2) Custom task templates (for Pro + Enterprise packages)
For even more flexibility, you can now create custom templates – perfect for internal processes or special vehicle types.
How it works:
Settings → Task Templates
There you create new templates and then use them
directly when adding a new vehicle, or
in the vehicle file under the “Tasks” tab.
➡️ Create recurring tasks in seconds – exactly the way it fits your fleet.
➡️ More standardization, fewer clicks.

3) Rejecting driver’s license checks even more clearly
To resolve questions more quickly, we have expanded the rejection reasons:
New: “Wrong document” and “Other”
In addition, fleet managers can now add a short comment when rejecting.
➡️ This way, drivers immediately know what is missing or incorrect – without extra emails and with even faster approvals.
4) Electrical vehicles from VW now available for mileage integration
Good news for everyone with electric vehicles from the Volkswagen Group in their fleet:
Effective immediately, the following brands are shown in Avrios as eligible for mileage integration:
Audi
VW, Cupra & Seat (with limitations – see note below)
Important note for your fleet
The Volkswagen Group currently allows only one digital connection per vehicle for VW, Cupra, and Seat.
If you activate the vehicle in Avrios, the connection to the VW app or other services may be interrupted.
VW is planning to implement a solution in 2026.
➡️ Connect more vehicles automatically – less manual mileage management.
