Enhanced Condition Monitoring for VW and BMW

This update is part of our Connected Cars add-on and allows for even more precise control over your fleet’s maintenance tasks.

1) Specific Service Tracking for VW & BMW

Instead of generic, bundled notifications, our automatic synchronization now provides exact details on specific maintenance needs. This allows you to see immediately which measures are actually required:

  • VW Models: The system now clearly distinguishes between General Service and Oil Service.

  • BMW Models: The previous "General Service" label has been replaced by specific tasks for oil service, brake fluid, brakes, and vehicle check.

2) Efficient Workshop Management

The detailed breakdown helps you coordinate appointments more effectively. Fleet managers can now bundle upcoming tasks, reducing the number of workshop visits and minimizing vehicle downtime.

3) Clean Data & Easy Access

To keep your dashboard up to date, we have automatically closed outdated BMW catch-all tasks. You can find the new, precise data points in the Task Overview by using the filter "Warranty" or searching for the keyword "OEM-Sync."

AI-Powered Fine Processing

We have modernized our automatic data capture technology to further reduce the manual effort involved in processing traffic fines and citations.

  • Increased Speed: Documents are processed significantly faster, meaning information appears in your system almost in real-time.

  • Optimized for International Fleets: The recognition of different languages and international formats has been drastically improved—making it ideal for cross-border operations.
