1) Post Office: your document filing on autopilot

Post Office automates your document filing: it recognizes, names and assigns your fleet documents, saving you 3–5 minutes per document.

Now included in all Pro and Enterprise plans: Simply email vehicle documents, invoices, fines or damage reports to Post Office, or upload them there. The AI identifies the document type, gives it a consistent name and assigns it to the right vehicle. All you do is review and confirm. You’ll find your Post Office email address under Settings → Post Office.

New: your entire vehicle file in a single scan. Instead of scanning each document separately and sending it to Avrios, scan the whole folder in one go, then upload the PDF or send it by email. The AI recognizes the individual documents and suggests how to split them. Nothing is split until you approve the suggestion. The AI then identifies the category and vehicle for each document.

You’ll find more information about Post Office in our help center.

2) Automatic registration certificate readout

Creating new vehicles is now much faster. Instead of typing in every detail, simply upload the registration certificate. Avrios recognizes the relevant vehicle data and fills it in automatically.

Just upload it: When you create a vehicle, upload the registration certificate and the relevant vehicle information is filled in automatically. You can, of course, still enter the details manually.

More reliable CO₂ values: Details such as CO₂ emissions, make and model taken from the registration certificate now take priority over DAT data. For CO₂ emissions in particular, this means Avrios reflects the actual vehicle-specific values, giving you a more reliable basis for your emissions reporting.

Good to know: Next, we plan to integrate the feature into the procurement process and connect it with Post Office.
