New to the procurement process in Avrios?
How do I start a new conversation with a driver, car dealer or lessor?
1. First, go to the procurement file in which you want to start the conversation.
2. In the procurement file go to the tab "Conversations" and click on "New Conversation" in the upper right corner
3. A mask appears:
4. Finally, click on "Send", the message will now be sent to the recipient and you will see the new conversation in the procurement file:
5. If you have just entered an e-mail, you will be asked for the recipient's category: Just click on the most appropriate option and Avrios will add the person to your contacts so that you can find it in the future by their name.
How can I obtain configurations from a driver?
First, go to the procurement file in which you want to start the conversation. If you do not have a procurement file yet for the order
If you already have an existing conversation with the driver, you can click on it directly and contact the driver. If you do not have a conversation with the driver yet you can start a new conversation with him
Once the driver answers you to the message, you will find it again in the procurement file.
How can I request an offer from a dealer or leassor?
You can send requests for offers directly from Avrios, the offers are then automatically read by Avrios.
To do this, proceed as follows:
First, go to the procurement file in which you want to start the conversation. If you do not yet have a procurement file for the order
If you already have an existing conversation with the dealer / leasing company, you can click on them directly and contact the provider. If you do not yet have a conversation with the provider, you can start a new conversation
Ask in the message for the details of the offer as you would otherwise do in an e-mail.
Avrios automatically recognizes offers in the supplier's responses and reads them out for you: There is no need to retype the contract data.
How do I order a vehicle through the Avrios procurement file?
To order the vehicle, you first have to request the contract data via Avrios. Then you can return the signed contract via Avrios to the provider as usual. If you return the signed contract via Avrios you have the advantage that Avrios automatically recognizes which offer was accepted by you and fills in the vehicle's financing data for you.

Ask in the message for the contract data for the offer which you would like to accept.
Return the signed contract with Avrios to the provider.
The vehicle is now ordered and Avrios automatically updates the status of the procurement to "delivery". The supplier may at any time send you further information such as lease confirmation, invoices or other documents in your Avrios procurement file.
We recommend that you ask the provider to send you the registration documents via Avrios. So Avrios can also read them out automatically for you and the status of the order can be changed to "approval".
