A virtual vehicle serves as a collective item for costs that are not directly attributable to a vehicle. You create something similar to this:
Click on "+New" and choose a "Vehicle.
Choose "capture virtual vehicle".
Give the "Vehicle" a suitable name, such as "Fuel costs for rental cars".
Click on "Save".
The vehicle can now be found in your vehicle list. "Cost accounting" will be used as the model for the vehicle.
