How do I confirm pool reservations?

If you have booked the Avrios "Pools" add-on, you can find it in the left menu bar.
To navigate to the pool calendar, click on the "Pools" tab on the left and then on "Calendar." Now you will see your pool vehicles displayed in the calendar view.

In the calendar, confirmed bookings are displayed in blue, while open booking requests that still need confirmation are shown in yellow.

Additionally, you can switch between the daily, weekly, and monthly views at the top right.


Option 1: Working directly in the calendar:

You can select the booking request (yellow bar) directly in the calendar by clicking on it.

The booking details will then open at the top. Here, you can either accept or reject the booking request. Your drivers will receive a corresponding notification via email, and additionally, if you use it, through the driver app.

Option 2: Working through the Booking Requests Overview:

In the pool calendar, you will find the yellow "Booking Requests" tab on the top right. Clicking on it opens an overview of all open booking requests. Now, select a booking request from the list, and it will automatically take you to the correct date and time in the calendar. ​

The booking details will open at the top, where you can either accept or reject the booking.

Your drivers will receive a corresponding notification via email, and additionally, if you use it, through the driver app.
