How can reservations be made for pool vehicles?

There are two ways to book pool vehicles. Either your drivers can book the vehicles through the booking interface, or you as the fleet manager can book the vehicles directly for your drivers from the calendar.

1. Your drivers book the vehicles through the booking interface:

Currently, we offer two different booking interfaces. We recommend booking through our Driver App (it works without installation on a desktop computer or on a mobile phone) as it allows you to automate your booking management and provides your drivers with a faster booking experience.


A: Your drivers use the Driver App for pool vehicle booking:

  1. Make sure your drivers have access to the Driver App (more details here).

  2. Ensure your drivers have the link to the Driver App:

    1. You can place the link in your intranet or your wiki related to pool vehicle booking.

    2. Alternatively, you can send the link to all your drivers and ask them to bookmark it in their browser for future bookings.

💡 Tip: It's best to use the Driver App for booking pool vehicles.

Your benefits:

  1. By using the Driver App, you can enable our instant booking feature for your drivers, completely automating the booking management.

  2. Moreover, the booking process becomes faster and more convenient for your drivers, as many fields, such as email addresses, are pre-filled.

B: Your drivers use the public booking link:

  1. You can find the public booking link under the "Pools" tab and then "Calendar."

  2. Click on the "Link to the Reservation Page" at the top right.

  3. Copy the link and send it to your employees or place it in your intranet or wiki.


2. You book directly in the calendar for your drivers:

  1. Navigate to the booking calendar: "Pools" tab and then "Calendar."

  2. Click on "Add Booking" at the top right, or alternatively, click and drag in the calendar.

  3. Fill out the booking interface that opens at the top.

  4. Then, click "Save." The new booking will appear immediately in the calendar.
