If you are in this article it is because you are trying to understand how Avrios calculates and obtains in TCO:

  1. Fuel consumption (l/100 km)

  2. Distance (km)

So let's see how.

Fuel consumption (L/100 km)

What is the calculation that Avrios does to obtain the value of the column "Fuel consumption (l/100km)"?

refuelling sum/ (total km/100)

where:

Refuel sum = Sum of the litres of all refuelings in the period EXCEPT the first one (this is because the first refueling covers the kilometres travelled previously)

Total km = Last mileage in period - first mileage in period*.

*Only kilometres that are within the time interval specified by the date are used.

Distance (Km)

Which kilometres does Avrios include in the distance calculation?

Avrios includes in the calculation of the distance travelled all the kilometres present in the system, whether they have been extrapolated from invoices or added manually by users and admins.
