This is a typical problem concerning your browser. We recommend 3 things in this case:
Give your browser permission to use the camera. Here is a guide for iPhones. Here is one for Android smartphones.
Test the driver's licence control with another browser on your smartphone by copying the link and pasting it into another browser. All our drivers have had a very good experience with Google Chrome.
If this seems too complicated, use the same link on another smartphone or tablet. Then it will surely work.
