You try to upload the image, but the image does not appear in the window and only a bar with % is shown to you?
This problem has little to do with Avrios, but much more to do with your web browser on your smartphone. Usually iPhones are affected, but logically other smartphone brands can also be affected. To fix this problem, we have four recommendations:
Clear your internet history (cookies, cache and history) on your phone. Example iPhone with Safari: To clear history and cookies, go to "Settings" > "Safari", and tap on "Clear history and website data".
Test the link again. If it still doesn't work, use a different web browser by copying and pasting the web link into the new web browser. All of our riders have had a great experience with Google Chrome, but other browsers work fine too.
If this doesn't work either, test the same link with a different smartphone or tablet.
